Cream of Celery Soup

 - Microwave Recipe -

 


Ingredients

 

1 head of celery , chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
750 ml (1 1/4pints) hot vegetables stock
pinch of ground mace
1 bouquet garni ( sprig of parley , baileaf and sprig of sage tied together )
100 ml (3 1/2 fl oz ) low-fat yoghurt





Directions 


1.  Microwave all ingredients except yoghurt on High (100% Power) for 35 minutes.

2.  Remove bouquet garni.

3.  Process to a smooth texture .

4.  If desired , add yoghurt and microwave for 3-4 minutes on High to reheat soup.
